I haven't really played this game tho so I can only recommend you to check some videos on youtube. IIRC Skate 3 is almost playable, it currently runs fine at 60fps 4k but the sound is kinda broken and the shadow is inverted.
Your best chance is the PS3 emulator rpcs3. The footage above is shot on some beefy PCs, one with a Ryzen R7 1700 and the other with an i7 8700k. Thanks to recent improvements it's now playable from start to finish, and you can even play it in 4K if you have the right rig.
While we wait, we might as well play Skate 3 using the PS3 emulator, RPCS3. And don’t forget about the user-created skateparks, a valuable addition to the genre in general! Skate 3 can be a bit disappointing to the fans of Skate series which, probably, expected the elimination of all of the Skate. The game is praised for the great customization possibilities: skateboard upgrades have never been as diverse. Unfortunately, there is no official PC version.
